Usually the MAC Address of a MAG Box is on a label underneath.
If the label is missing power on the MAG Box and go to the Apps Page (Setup):
Now, go to the Settings option:
After you have clicked on Settings, you will be redirected to another page where you need to click Device Info option.
Once you have clicked on Device Info option, you will see all of the MAG Box info and data. Look for the line that has the MAC Address make a note of this to use in the form.
If you already have “STB Emulator” installed please go to point 8 otherwise follow 1 to 7 to install the app and find the MAC Address for your Andriod Box:
- Download and install ‘STB Emulator’ from the Google Play Store.
- Open the app
- Click “Configure”
- Click on the profiles
- Click “New profile”
- Click “STB configuration”
- In the information displayed is the MAC Address
How to find the MAC Address when STB Emulator is already installed and set up
- Open the STB Emulator app
- Click on the menu Icon in the top right corner
- click on Settings option, then click your profile.
- Click STB Configuration option to see your MAC Address
The Formula Z box comes with a preinstalled IPTV app called “MyTV Online” which is capable of streaming our channels.
To find the MAC address of your Formuler Z box open “MyTV Online” and the MAC address is shown on the top ID section and starts 00 1A 79.
Make a note of this as you will need to enter it in the Free Trail Request Form.

- Download and install ‘STB Emulator’ from the Samsung TV app store
- Open the app
- Click “Configure”
- Click on the profiles
- Click “New profile”

How to find the MAC Address when STB Emulator is already installed and set up
- Open the STB Emulator app
- Click on the menu Icon in the top right corner

- Click STB Configuration option to see your MAC Address

- Download and install ‘STB Emulator’ from the LG TV app store
- Open the app
- Click “Configure”
- Click on the profiles
- Click “New profile”

How to find the MAC Address when STB Emulator is already installed and set up
- Open the STB Emulator app
- Click on the menu Icon in the top right corner
- click on Settings option, then click your profile.
- Click STB Configuration option to see your MAC Address
